Founded in 2005, Nano Design Build Inc is a Toronto base practice with a broad range of professional experience in Canada. Comprised of a talented team of designers who specialize in unique and custom homes, Nano Design Build Inc. prides themselves in providing their clients with a complete design and build solution and quality services.

Nano Design Build offers a wide variety of services including: Schematic Design, Design Development, Municipal Approvals, Project Estimation and Schedules and Construction Management.

We begin with working on a conceptual design while considering all relationships of all the component of the project. The primary objectives are to arrive at a clearly defined, feasible concept while exploring the most promising alternative design solutions.  In schematic design phase we work consistently with clients, assisting them in preparation for the program and its requirements. Digital 3D models and illustrations are prepared to help visualizing the project as necessary.

The project proceeds to the next phase when the Owner approves the Schematic Design. In the design development phase detailed drawings will be prepared while selecting the necessary materials as well as consultants for mechanical, electrical and structural consultation.

Once the drawings are prepared, we work with various city planners to obtain the required authorization. The groundwork done includes preparation of drawings for city approval, application for Committee of Adjustment, obtaining Zoning certificate along with Site plan approval.

Nano Design Build Inc provides all clientele with an estimate for the design phase and the construction phase of each project.We select an intuitive and qualified team of contractors and manages the complete construction processes on a daily basis to ensure service and quality excellence.
